Moruf Sowunmi, ACArb is a lawyer by profession. He has over a decade of extensive legal expertise having worked with some of the foremost commercial law firms in Lagos, Nigeria. Moruf is an Alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University where he obtained his law degree before proceeding to the University of Lagos for his Master of Law. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School of the Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria.
During his over a decade experience as a lawyer, Moruf handled many real estate transactions for clients ranging from acquisition of landed properties worth billions of naira, perfection of properties, drafting of various agreements and defending clients at both court of first instance and appellate courts. He has also advised companies on regulatory and statutory compliance issues.
